Completely useless
If the product was actually reliable, this would be a wonderful monitor and vitals monitor as well. But, it is constantly losing connection. Numerous times I had to reconnect. Vitals are great when they actually work, but it consistently said it was not connecting, or it was trying to connect and never did. If they would get the kinks for 10 of this product, it would be great, but it is not reliable in there for a risk with having an infant.

Guardian ankle monitor and sound machine
The media could not be loaded. The ankle monitor works well. I actually really like the sound machine. It has good audio and a pretty large selection as far as baby products go. The monitor is used on my 7 month old, but my 3 yo loves picking out the night light color! They are very bright and pretty. I wish it would get more than a phone notification when it "alarms". As loud as the sound machine can get, I wish they had figured out a way to make it alarm through that! The only other issue I had, is that the strap isn't sticking properly. However, I reached out to costumer service, and they got back to me in less than 24hours on replacing them.

Waste of money
Used for a few days and then it glitched from there on out. The ankle monitor doesn’t make contact half the time and the camera is awful and picks up all the wrong things as movement. Audio is inconsistent. But something else. Don’t waste your time on this product.

Don’t buy this one. Go with the owlett and a cheap camera.
The foot monitor only worked the for one night. Has been locked up ever since. Needs a software upgrade that never works. Locks up the entire app. The camera works, most of the time, but if the power goes out the reset process is very frustrating with a newborn. App is not super user friendly for trouble shooting.

Best all in one monitoring device
This Hubble set up has been amazing for all in one monitoring! With a smart camera, wearable piece for the ankle that gives sleep insights & peace of mind, and a base station that is a smart sound machine. I appreciate that the app is user friendly and also comes with a parent unit so you can have a physical monitor as well. Would highly recommend this to parents!

Spare me
I’m writing this because after a year and a half of issues I’m OVER IT. Not once has it lost connection during the day. Nope. Once every few weeks it will lose connection and beep loudly at me around 3-5am, forcing me to go into his room and move his crib and unplug then replug the camera. The monitor is fine but it’s shotty little hook on the back slips a lot trying to stand it up and will drive you nuts. The monitor also dies within a couple hours so it’s pretty much always gotta be plugged in or it’ll beep loudly at you. So yeah it “works” I guess. I’ve never been a picky person with technology so i really haven’t minded it until now…. At 5:30am when my rough sleeper has to be physically moved AGAIN in his sleep because of this stupid camera glitching.

Ugh
We bought this monitor roughly 2 months before my son’s due date. We were extremely happy to have found the newest version (at the time) on sale and within our price range. Even though our son slept in a bedside bassinet for the first 3 months, the IMMEDIATE problem we had with this monitor kit was the vitals monitor. This vitals monitor lasted us ROUGHLY 2 sleeps, and we purchased the entire kit brand new. We attempted to contact Hubble for information on how to fix it and were never able to get in contact with a representative OR have any of our emails answered. Once my son started sleeping in his crib we immediately noticed the faulty camera connection. We have unlimited data and WiFi usage in our house, with the best plan through Cox. For some reason we can stream on our TV, husband can play video games, and I can work from home simultaneously without problems- but the minute we try to use this monitor our connection is “faulty” or the unit is “unplugged”. We have attempted tons of outreach to Hubbles Customer Service to fix these issues; however I guess their customer service department is non-existent.Save your money (and sanity) and purchase an Owlet sock and a cheap non-WiFi camera. The amount of times that I have wanted to drop kick this monitor into a different galaxy is insane.
