I have to admit that I had my doubts about this stuff. All I can say for sure is that we saw a difference very quickly.We have since used it other times my elderly husband's fragile skin has ripped, and this helps the wounds heal quickly and cleanly. These patches were recommended by my Cardiologist. I have neuropathy resulting in a ulcer on the bottom of my foot. After a couple months of little to no progress we started using these patches. Finally after 2 weeks we were seeing signs of new skin growth. This was great because if they had not worked a skin graph would have been my next option. Good price for Silver Alginate . A little thin but effective enough for light bleeding

I love using these silver wound pads for darn near everything,,,I have people that get wounds a, ot and these seems to cut the healing time in half, I do not actually use an entire piece in the wound, I cut it to size in order to have more to use because they arena little pricey but I swear by these….if you have any type of wound or infection this is really the best thing to try out along with collagen and if its a leaky wound you should pair it with ABD pads and XERO FORM, and change it daily if ur wound smells in anyway don't worry a bit because this cuts the smell, down a lot!!!
