I spent a couple hours trying to get that spindle to fit properly and not bind up the handle to the point of inoperable. Then I went to Lowe’s and bought the Symmons part. Put it in in 5 minutes and worked exactly as it should. Just buy the real part not the rip off and save your valuable time. The

Some of the parts are redundant but it worked. Just remember to lube the threads with plumbers silicone. Unfortunately, this necessary component is missing.
