It’s a great bottle and going to be easy to use and clean. The only problem is it was very well wrapped in bubble wrap which I couldn’t open, so I took the sissors To cut it open and cut through the black fabric coating which is very upsetting.. I don’t know how to contact seller to see if I can buy a replacement cover, and surgest to them not to put it on the bottle as I am sure many people would do the same as me I thought the cover would come desperate for me to put on. But as I say apart from that it looks great. If the seller reads this please let me know if I can buy a replacement cover. Thank you

Good quality glass and nice bamboo lid but it's massive. Wouldn't want to carry it around but great for the house.

Ok so I'll leave a photo of this. I have two of these and they have been great but for some strange reason today (14/10/2025) it broke at the bottom. Now, this is strange because I always leave the sleave on I am very careful not to brake them. So I got it out of my bag put it down on a table went and done something came back and literally it was leaking all on the floor. There is literally no reason for this to happen. Anyway I tipped it upside down to investigate and there is a hole at the bottom, I picked out the glass and it was literally like 0.1cm thick so I decided to try get it replaced and all my options is to leave a review to complain.. all I want is a replacement.. I didn't want to leave this review. I just hope this doesn't happen to the other one I have but I still want another one please

I take this to work and good for having a drink every hour, slow and positive intake.

I actually really love this water bottle. It's sturdy and easy to clean. The biggest down side is that it IS glass and will shatter if dropped. I'm on my second bottle but love it enough that I will just replace it if I drop it again. Worth the buy.
