Not cheap but extremely sharp
These Irwin snap off blades are significantly sharper than any others I have purchased. Being also quite expensive compared with others I use them for specific jobs where I need a really sharp blade for instance cutting carpet, carpet tiles, wallpaper that is easily torn etc. you do need to be careful however as the sort of slight accidental brush across your fingers that might but probably won’t cut you with a (say) B&Q Mcallister blade, will result in a deep cut with these Irwin blades. Brilliant blades but use with care for specific jobs that need a really sharp blade
