A high quality TV for my caravan
I’m really pleased with this TV in my caravan, key points are modern frameless design, sharp picture and decent sound. I’ve paired with an Amazon fire stick and all is good - recommended!

Good tv but some shortcomings
Good picture, sound quality is okay but always better through a soundbar. Only drawback is that you can’t use on demand services for BBC, ITV etc. Not supported platform apparently. Shame as would be 5 stars.

Easy to use
Bought for motorhome. We use it off grid on leisure battery .Plugs straight in to 12v socket or there is adaptor for cigarette lighter.I downloaded with our mi fi adaptor on EE....Netflix.. amazon..disney..itvx..ect ..only one I couldn't download was bbci player ..plugged in ariel for freeview and downloaded lovley with out mi fi .Good picture and clear sound .Great little TV.worth the money

Remote doesn't work. Custome service won't declare wich remote is the correct one for this tv
Remote control doesn't work. Contacted sylvox for new remote control. Had to send pics of it not working. Still no got a Woking remote and there is no buttons on the tv to work it. Tried ordering a remote directly for an additional £70 and don't know if it's the correct one as no one responds to me asking which is the correct one. I will be returning the whole tv which is quite ridiculous when it's only the remote control that needs replacing.

Great follow up service.
Bought for motorhome.Good size, great picture. I found the sound was ok for motorhome, if you wanted more depth a smart speaker would help.Great follow up by customer services when I had a problem with tv.

Great quality
Just used this at weekend in our motorhome and was very impressed. Think about getting another one as was easy to setup too.
