The Wanted

Nathan Sykes is big news at the moment with his solo career, it reminded me I've not reviewed this album.It contains 13 different tracks including some high charting tracks.1. All Time Low2. "A Good Day for Love to Die"All the songs are good, there isn't any of them that I would specifically say I don't like, although All Time Low is my favourite on this Album. I would class this as easy listening love pop. By that I mean that its a boyband most of the songs have something to do with love, and its easy listening pop, a lot of harmonies, which actually suit the boys voices so it makes sense.I like the fact that with The Wanted each of the boys has a unique voice, you can easily tell who is singing which part, but when they come together they sing as one.Although the album is no great surprise, it is after all a pop album from a boyband, it still is something that I think a lot of people can enjoy listening to. If you are a fan of Nathan Sykes then some of the songs on this album show of his vocal talents very well. Also some of the songs are written by the ban itself as well as other writers, so it shows some writing talent as well as singing talent.I liked this album. I found it pleasant to the ears, I enjoy actually listening to singers rather than just a harmony and in most of the songs they all sing their own individual part. This was their debut album.The Wanted are a British-Irish boy band consisting of members Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes. They formed in 2009 and were signed worldwide to Universal Music subsidiaries Island Records and Mercury Records, and managed by Scooter Braun.

After hearing the lead track All Time Low, I purchased this album and was not disappointed. There are 13 great tracks here. The Wanted may be new as far as `boy bands' go, but they produce a very mature sound. There's a good mixture here, which should create some listening pleasure for most age groups. There are five unique voices here each which has its own individual quality. When blended together they produce a pleasing warm sound. This collection is a pleasant relief from the normal boy band albums. I would happily recommend this album. Well worth the cost. Give it a try.Arrived from Amazon EU S.a.r.L within days of ordering. well i bought this product in 17 feb and the delivery date estimate is 14 march but i didnt get anything yet :(( i feel bad because it was my first time buying on amazon and i guess it's gonna be the last... anyway, i've listen to this album and it is amazing i'm a huge fan of the wanted and i hope i receive my package. if so, i will gladly rate it :)-as i said, i'd come back here to rate it. i got my package today (09-04) and it took a long time to arrive but worth it! the album is amazing and the CD is in such good condition. love it!!! :) x

I must confess this is not my type of music at all. However my GD thinks the sun shines out of their combined anatomy..mind you she is only 7! Its listenable, but not (in my case) for too long, as there's only so much I can take. But 4 stars for keeping a "gobby" seven-year-old quiet for over an hour!

I only ordered this because I needed to bump an order up to over £20 to get free delivery and I actually love it. I ordered it because I liked Jay from Strictly and knew nothing about the Wanted music but I will now buy more

I love this album and I'm a fan of TheWanted, and so is my mother--who I bought it for, really. It's like a joint present, but this album comes in top condition and with the CD inside and a booklet of the songs with lyrics! Top buy, very nice!
