Excellent Shelter and Beautiful
The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The rubber tabs are a nice addition for the roof. Just be sure to insert them lengthwise. I wanted to drill LED clips to the interior, but that proved difficult because this product is quite sturdy. I like how well the shed protects my grill from the weather. It is even large enough to add bar stools for hanging out. This was money well spent!

Nice grill gazebo + a few tips
This is a nice, attractive product that is pretty well made and easy enough to assemble if you're handy. It took me about 3 hours being meticulous. There are extra pieces of each of the fasteners and R/D1 baffles included as well. Some pointers:This is in regards to those thinking it has poor quality control and who "had to drill new holes". Install everything LOOSE at first especially the initial structure and roof panels. Otherwise you will struggle needlessly and things will not be square or line up. Once 4 sides are standing, grab a square and check that legs are square to the beams, then check that the beams are square to each other, THEN you may tighten the screws. This will be a similar experience with the roof frame (pages 5 & 6). See photo.I also strongly recommend an impact driver (easy does it) and a hex bit versus using the silly blue and yellow swedish furniture store inspired allen key.Another tip, do not fully install the roof cap "K" as shown on page 7. Set the "V" screw aside and ONLY install the hooks about a 1/4" once placed on top. This will allow you to lift said cap to facilitate install of the O2/O3 roof panels and it will not fall off. (You will notice that the "R" baffle will not fit under the cap otherwise). Once all panels are on, apply upward pressure to each panel overlap, then tighten bolt and nut followed by tightening the screws on pages 5&6 and THEN the "V" screw and hooks for the cap.Install of the rain gutters will require a second person to support the far end while you apply decent pressure to get the "M2" cap at each corner to line up for the screw. You must anchor this down. Despite being all metal it is not very heavy and will take off in a wind storm. Some drawbacks:The shelves are not fully covered by the roof overhang. Also the "gutter" that covers the lower end of the roof panels will be a catch-all for leaves/pine needles etc. The included photo by the manufacurer is also misleading. The water will actually drip out of several small weep holes along the length of each side and not down the support legs as it appears in the description, (see photo). I may end up removing the gutters so everything just runs off. Also, due to this not being a double tier roof design, smoke/grease from grilling will collect and not "vent" out if you try to keep your grill centered and not close to one long side. For these reasons I take a star.I snagged this on a coupon deal for one-fifty off the seven hundred normally advertised and consider it a good buy and I expect it to last quite a while.

Very well constructed
For the most part it was very well thought out in the design phase. It will take two people to build this especially for the roof to save time. Do not install the concrete anchors prior to finishing the roof. Just in case you need to adjust the location a little like I had to. Have a 5/16” metal bit ready when you construct the roof as the holes are little off. This will not affect the integrity of the construction but some holes need a little help. The only thing I would suggest is that because it’s a standing seam metal roof, buy some rubber washers for the screws (not included) due to possible leaks. The instructions are all pictorial and no written instructions but if you have put together anything, you should be able to figure it out no problem. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend this if you’re in the need of a nice gazebo.

Good Product
Attractive and well engineered. All jig holes lined up with no issues and it came with extra nuts bolts and small parts. It was relatively easy to assemble by one person. Fast shipping, arrived a week before schedule.

Will not be easy to put together with the provided Allen wrench.
If you think you can put this together with just the Allen wrench provided, it will take you FOREVER! You will need power tools+.

Missing piece and no customer support!
UPDATE: Its been almost 3 weeks since the company said they would send the missing part. Im still waiting. It takes days to get a reply from the company. Latest reply was confusing, not sure if I'm supposed to receive it yesterday or they would ship it yesterday.BEWARE ordering from this company. I'm a single woman and don't make big purchases often. This was cheaper than having a covered patio built but with the added costs and stress, it is absolutely not worth it. 3 weeks of looking at an incomplete roof is frustrating.(Original post) ...I bought this because I love the size and height of the double roof. After paying to have this put together, the guys noticed there was one wrong size piece sent. It's not actually missing a piece, one is just a little short and can't be used to finish the last roofing panel. There is ZERO phone number for ABC Canopy. (The one on Google is for a marine company) I was able to finally find an email. In an email to ABC Canopy.. After clearly stating the issue and including many pictures, I got a reply from "customer supporter" asking one question... "what was the invoice number"24 hours later, they only reply with one question .. how many "G" pieces did I receive. (WTF! ) and they only reply one time at 8pm pacific time the last two nights...UGH! SO FRUSTRATING!I CLEARLY stated which part I need... part "G" and it measures 38 3/4" . I'll send the short part back if they want it.Amazon says I can return it to Amazon and they will send another... like it's no big deal for me to pay to have it disassembled, put back in boxes, (weighs like 750 pounds in 5 boxes ) then figure out how to ship it back .... and I can order it again. WHAT?!?Lesson learned here to anyone thinking of buying from ABC Canopy.... NEVER buy from a company with no phone numberHopefully this gets resolved soon! I'll update the review if they actually send the piece I need
