Park Tool HPG-1 High Performance Grease

Very good quality bicycle grease, should last ages, lubricates and protects parts

My go-to grease when replacing suspension bearings etc, though I believe as a rule HPG-1 is generally for road/racing scenarios, it has lower durability but peak performance. So, generally if your regularly servicing this HPG-1 is good full confidence it's providing optimal performance - but don't leave things to fall apart, it won't keep your bike together over the long term. If your doing a one off service or not on top of it in general etc then PPL-1 (also cheaper) is just as suitable for bearings etc and has more durability.

It’s great stuff. Good consistency, although it can be a bit stringy when you disconnect from a surface, if you know what I mean, so you have to be careful not to leave tiny strings of it on nearby surfaces. Seems to work well, though how you really know I have no idea. Time will tell how well it protects, I guess. It’s also blue, which is nice. I’m getting thru it pretty quickly though, so I guess a large tub would’ve been a better idea.

Does what it says on the "tin". It's grease and it works. The blue colour makes it's easy to see where you have/haven't applied it

good lube, used on headset bearings, come out blue and is easy to cleanup
