Product works well and does the job at hand , is easy to assemble and use. Spray quality is good and the extra cloths are handy and easy to change.Product feels a tad flimsy but for the money you pay its better than I expected. Easy to store and definitely quicker than the usual mop and bucket.All in all a good purchase perfect for hard floors and tiled walls.

I use this spray mop every day, mainly for our laminate floors and in the bathrooms. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and the swivel head gets into all the corners and tight spots with no trouble. The spray function works a treat I usually just pop in some diluted cleaner and it does the job nicely. The reusable pads are soft but effective, and they wash well after use. It’s made my daily cleaning routine so much easier and quicker. Highly recommend if you want a no-fuss way to keep your floors tidy!

When I first ordered this 4 months ago one of the components broke on the first use. The manufacturer said 'oh yes that seems to happen a lot' and said they'd sent me a new part. Instead they sent me new replacement mophead cloths. It then took several emails for them to understand that they had sent me the wrong part. Eventually a new part came - problem solved. And though the mop is good for IMMEDIATELY cleaning up spillages and stains it simply doesn't have the power to clean more ingrained or dirty floors requiring friction and/or hot water. It's ok for cleaning off muddy footprints quickly and leaving a more or less dry finish, or cleaning the bathroom floor maybe. But no good for giving your kitchen floor a really good clean. Four months in and I'm finding the spray is no longer working. I've rinsed it through to try and clear any blockages, but no luck. Have just emailed the manufacturer but judging by other 1 star reviews don't hold out much hope. Would I buy it again? No. Would I recommend it? only for the very superficial cleaning mentioned above. Not for the purpose I'd bought it - cleaning my kitchen floor.

Got this as a little gift for my mom and she loves it. Works very well and we love the small things, like how there are multiple attachments, non velcro (great because we both have loads of curly hair), easy to put together (literally took me like two minutes), it works so well. We are chuffed with it!! It is definitely a good mop. I have a flash mop in my own place and it is a hastle to use. Might get one of my own as well

The function itself is capable and effective giving you 3 mop heads which is great. The stick and pull-off mop for a wash is convenient but the materials overall is a bit cheap. For the price it works and it'll last 1+ years.
