Save yourself from replacing the whole sander.
What's the part of your circular sander that always fails 1st?? Yup, the velcro!!A few years ago, I went looking for replacement plates like these & they just didn't seem to be available....so the sander went in the bin...it's no use if it can't grip the sanding disc!!Then the next one went in the bin.....Thankfully, these are now available to buy!! 4 screws sees the plate swapped out & the new one on. The vacuum holes line up if you choose to use that aspect, the velcro grips (at least for now), yeah, life in your tired sander again.Why these weren't available years ago, I don't know!! Just glad they are now.
