Radio (both am and fm)work great. Apple CarPlay syncs quickly and stays connected. All my apps work as they should.Install was not too difficult. It took about two hours to install to my liking. I installed initially in about an hour but the mounting kit was really loose in the dash. Mounting clips were removed and reused from the old radio trim to the new radio trim but there was not any mounting holes for those clips to grab to so I used my old broken radio and I used a hack saw to cut off the plastic edge pieces which contained the rectangular holes and the radio mounting screw holes and used a grinder to cut through the same metal end pieces off the side of the radio to give the plastic pieces some mounting reinforcement and then mounted the new radio to those installed end piece mounts. The radio now was secure to the dash and not vibrating while I was driving. I’m really pleased with this unit, especially with the $50 coupon that was offered. I will update this review with pictures of the mounting procedure when I install my back up camera.

Before the radio even arrived I got a message from the seller telling me to contact them via email, smapchat, or wechat. This is an attempt to gather my personal information and is not allowed per Amazon user agreements.The factory camera is not supported, their support team said they would send me an aftermarket one for free if I provided them with my home address!! Again, this is not allowed by Amazon. I told them to send me one through Amazon and they didn't respond.It does not work with Android Auto or CarPlay, you have to download an app that is not available on the app store and use that third party app to connect your device. My phone would not allow the app to download and flags it as a security threat.Who knows what installing their app on your phone will give them access to. It probably wants access to your contacts, history, photos, messages, location, etc.I didn't find this out until I had installed the radio, which was easy enough if you don't even look at the instructions, seriously, the instructions cause more confusion that just matching plugs until everything is hooked up.I didn't keep it, after going back and forth between the seller and Amazon support filing complaints against them they refunded my money and I threw the radio away.

It's a good unit but has one flaw. Brightness. I had no problems with the radio, the included hardware, or anything else others have said. It is actually quite amazing. However it is dim. My phone is twice as bright, no exaggeration. It's pretty much unviewable on a sunny day. I have to use the panel for sound but my phone screen for navigation. Going from this to my other vehicle with a factory panel is night and day, literally

I have been using this stereo for almost a year. Installation was relatively straightforward but if you want to keep your factory back up camera, you will need to order a separate connector to go in between the stereo and the existing back up camera harness (for the 2016 model at least). One thing to note is that the stereo is not held in by screws so it can fall out easily if you accidentally bump into it.When you first turn it on, you will have to follow the instructions in the manual for initial set up. I would recommend you find the “fan” app and then the toggle switch on so that the fan is always running. This is very helpful for sunny days in order to avoid overheating.One consistent problem I have is that the unit will disconnect itself from car play and then sit in a reconnecting loop. If you swipe down from the top of the screen and press reboot, this fixes the problem.Overall a good unit.

Great value for the money. Seller/MFG support is GREAT!Pros: Easy installation, responsive, full steering wheel controls, bright great looking screen. Seller response & support are amazing.Cons: If you use CarPlay you will have to turn off google location every time you start the device (confirmed by seller), if you do not the audio will be choppy and the maps will hang. When using CarPlay everything works great except phone call audio. The "localhost CarPlay connection" your phone uses does not give audio (other side can year you, you just cant hear them). FM radio only (no AM) and does not show song information.Overall the device works pretty well and is very responsive. The cons are annoying but in its price point it’s still the best option for me.

Instruction is near useless but you can figure it out where things get plugged in. Somewhat easy to do. I bought a back up camera separately. For back up camera, you can wire it directly to the radio instead of tapping into reverse light wire, and you can ask for the diagram of the power source. Mine was 3 wire from the bottom (pink) for power with reverse gear, that i had to cut then solder to the red cable of the camera (yours may differ). The radio itself is impressive. Touch screen works well, connects to CarPlay and android auto without any issues. Seller response quick to questions but not always helpful. 4.5/5. But rounded up to 5. I would buy another for other car.

Bought this radio on October 2024. Started having issues with it by January 2025. Now no phones will connect to it and the regular radio cuts in and out contently. I would not recommend this brand at all. Spend a little more and buy a better one
