I think when you put water in it for the first time it needs to sit for a minute before it will turn on. Im a barbarian and I kept pushing the button harder and broke it. I got it to turn on with a close pin after a minute. Then it wouldn't work at all. It was my fault so I took it apart and got it fixed. The button barely needs to be pressed so if it doesn't turn on right away let it sit with water in it for a while. Don't be like me the button is very soft. FYI, the steam doesn't dissipate fast enough to make it look like a flame. If you put a small fan on it, it makes it look exactly like a flame!!

I have had this diffuser for about a month now. It has worked absolutely perfectly without any issues. The“flame” goes across the entire length of the diffuser opening and stay consistent throughout the entire time it’s running. I have had it last for as many as 10 -12 hours when I fill it up, but usually 8+ hours at least. It doesn’t do anything other than either be on and diffusing or off. There is a subtle glowing amber light when on. There is no way to turn the light off that I have found. So far I do really like this particular diffuse and recommend it.

Great little diffuser. I have it in the bathroom for a combo air freshener/nightlight and it is perfect for both. The light is low enough to not bother people while sleeping, but bright enough they don't have to turn on the overhead lights to use the toilet at night. The smell diffusion is stronger than expected, and I often find that I notice it even downstairs.My only little downside is that it only lasts 24 hours. Not a huge grief, just means I have to refill it every night before bed when I brush my teeth.

I haven't had this item for a whole hour and I already love it. This item purchase is a success, the diffuser works immediately with no fuss set up, added essential oil that I could smell instantly. I would recommend this item, I may get one for each room. This is a very good value for the price point. The diffuser shuts down on its own when it's out of water. 💯💯

This a good diffuser but it comes with a learning curve. It you don't get the water level just right it won't turn on. But other than that it's great. It looks like a toaster on fire, LOL. My son loves it. The fire is nice bright and realistic. You have to plug it in so it has to be near a plug it would be better if it was rechargeable. But it works good and you can't beat the price. And it's a good quality little diffuser.

5 star must have & must buy ! I love diffusers and have had trouble finding a good one until now. I’m absolutely obsessed with this one , great quality, love the flame look ( on those cold winter nights feels like a fire place ambiance ) and I love how you can use traditional color, multiple colors, or no color . Perfect amount of water tank, small but powerful, it makes me whole entire room smell amazing , I love how it’s safe and auto shuts off when there’s no water left, easy to use/set up , clean . Great price & value . And it doesn’t leak , or give out like most do , I have mine on every day , all day and still works just like the day I bought it ( and I got mine over 2 months ago ) I ended up buying one for my brother as a xmas gift & he loves it as well. I highly recommend and will only buy this one anytime I need another diffuser for another room, a gift for someone . Hands down best purchase & diffuser I ever bought ( and I probably bought 3-4 other ones before finally finding this one ) and the led colors are so nice , not tacky or cheap looking , and don’t give out or stop working. I wish I could give more then 5 stars!

I’m really happy with this diffuser! Easy to use, the auto-off protection is a great feature, and I love the option to choose from 7 different colors—or even no color at all if you are sensitive to light when sleeping. It works really well in our bedroom, creating a calming atmosphere with the essential oils. The 200ml size is perfect for a smaller space, and it’s been great for adding some extra moisture to the air as well. Highly recommend!

It looks neat, it functions and does what it's supposed to do. Oil lasts a long time, scent disperses through the room, it lasts a day and then some of running. Its annoying to clean but all of these devices tend to be. It honestly seems to work better than my more expensive one at dispersing scent.
