East End Very Hot Green Chilli Sauce (260g) - Pack of 2

This is hot sauce for hot sauce lovers. Makes your mouth water and feels like your teeth are melting. But it’s a chilli kick with flavour, not just heat. Tasty and you only need a little bit.

So here's the thing. This sauce is amazing. However it gets one star (no stars if I could give them). I ordered on 9/1/25. It never came. I informed them, they have since claimed to have sent it out multiple times, then backtracked and said they forgot. They said they would send tracking, they did not. They just don't seem to care very much that their orders don't arrive, and other reviews have had not the quantity ordered, or they have arrived broken.At this point, I just want my money back, because the contract to fulfil my order was simply not done. I do not have a product at the end of this. As I type this it is 26/05/2025 and frankly, I have better things to be doing with my time than trying to get a company to *checks notes* do the absolute minimum of providing the product ordered.Seriously, avoid. Avoid like the plague. You can get the same product in some larger Tesco (sometimes the World food aisle) and it is actually very spicy and great taste, the negative review is not about the product itself but the dire customer service and failure to deliver.

I normally love chilli sauces, but this one has an overpowering ginger / vinegar flavour and smell. It almost smells like wintergreen. Secondary flavour is the typical burnt hot habanero flavour. Perhaps this might be OK if used in a ginger-containing curry, but otherwise it is a very acquired taste.

Hot and tasty. Best on the market. Use in curry or chilly.Be carefull when pouring, comes out fast.

This claims to be a pack of 2, but only 1 was delivered. Good luck getting your money back, as I didn't. This purchase isn't eligible for refunds.
