Not the best quality, but it does the job, I use it non stop

When I unboxed this neck pillow, there was a neck pillow, a pair of earplugs, an Eyemask, and along with a bag to carry everything. The high-quality memory foam is incredibly soft and supportive, it makes it feel so comfortable and supports my neck during the flight.

My 2.5-hour drive is the equivalent of 3.5 hours on the non-commuter trains, with intermediate stops. This is just enough time for a nap, and this neck support travel pillow helps me so much. Packing it fits into my bags well, and its drawstring storage bag is handy!

Over the years there have been times when I have gotten stuck on a red eye flight, or ridden in a car or bus overnight. I have owned a few of the neck pillows, which are a wonderful invention. This is an improvement on other products. Covered in a soft material, when removed from its carrying bag it expands to its full form. Takes just a few minutes. It then goes around your neck. There are two little plastic pieces which you can pull to make it tight and then attach together, to hold it close to the front of your neck. I strongly suggest you play with this before putting it on your head. The release is a little button on the side which was easy to miss and hard to find once it was around my head. It has some higher parts and lower parts, so can support your head in a variety of positions, does not hold my head straight up, but keeps my head from flopping all the way in any direction. Allows me to catch a little nap. It comes with ear plugs and a blindfold. I find it very hard to sleep with ear plugs or anything touching my face, so these will not help me, but maybe useful for some.Once you have used it, you start at one end and roll it back up. It is a kind of memory foam, so no blowing it up, or letting the air out. Not super easy to roll up, might be harder for a child or older adult with hand problems, but was not difficult for me. And then it fit back into its bag ready for the next adventure.It appears to be a good product. Not something I hope to use often, but having tried to travel without, and having traveled with similar products, this makes an unpleasant experience much more manageable.

I'm betting the memory foam inside will soften with more use but if you buy this as a last-minute purchase for an upcoming trip like i did it's almost too much foam to be comfortable. On the plus side it worked pretty well as a regular ergonomic pillow when I finally got to a bed during the trip.
