Burn brows off
This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Burned my skin and I lost almost my eyebrows. Terrible product they are still falling out even after weeks of using this product. I left it on for 2 mins cause it was burning from the min it went on. I can’t even look in the mirror without crying

Money saver
I love the effect of both the eye lash and eye brow kits. Fairly easy to use with some margin for user error. I wish there wasn’t so much single use plastic. The kit components could be simplified but the actual product works well.

Dislike new formula
I have bought this product twice, the first time I was in love. It was so easy to use (for someone who had never laminated their brows before), the formula for each step worked well and from my perspective was good quality. However, the second time I purchased this they had changed the formula to several parts. The glue to hold your brows dries so fast and crusty that I had to wash my brows off and start again but do each brow in parts so I could try to get them laid correctly. They also seemed to have changed the formula to steps 1 & 2. I followed all directions and my brows only kind of lay flat and after a week it’s almost like I didn’t do it at all.
