Excellent source of fibre and prebiotic

I have this powder in my bed time tea so it has overnight to work! It really doesn’t alter the taste or consistency of my drink!However, i don’t think its the best for my stomach, I’ve had it twice now and both days my stomach has been in a fair amount of pain and needing to go to the toilet immediately. I only have 1 tiny scoop, i did half last night to see if it was any different.Overall this product is great if you need an effective laxative, but not great if you want to have a productive day!

Started slowly just with a qrt of a scoop, now on a full scoop a day - no adverse side-effects. I dissolve it in a little hot water, let it cool and then add it to my vitamin drink - can’t taste it at all ( as the fruity taste of the vitamin drink masks it well). Would recommend

The description provided is spot on. Quite tasteless and easy to use. I prefer it on porridge. I use various supplements and this is a good addition which helps to maintain overall health.
