CholulaSalsa Verde (Mild), 12 oz

I love the Cholula brand and when I saw the salsa verde, I knew exactly what I was going to make! I had some cubed pork chunks that I sauteed then added the salsa verde and simmered for the meat to absorb the wonderful taste of the tomatillos, jalapenos, and spices. The thickness was good, I cooked with the lid on the pot. This is such a nice salsa, great for recipes or dipping, making it a good value for the money! I will also add, this has no added sugar, 2 total carbs, 1 sugar. There is 260 mg of sodium, 10 cals., per serving.. approximately 11 servings per container is how they have figured it

I love this Salsa! It has a Great Taste! A restaurant in Ft. Worth, TX that We loved called La Hacienda in the early‘70’s made their Fabulous Salsa with Tomatillos & Cilantro, like this does! I 😍❤️💛 them both! I order the 3 Pack at a time. It’ makes a great dip mixed with whipped cream cheese. I put it on my Egg, Potato & Cheese Burritos. It goes good on so many things! 😋🤩

Good tasting salsa love the flavor proce could be a.little better and the size could be a bit bigger but the flavor is good

Not bad for a green jarred sauce plus the price. I would not buy it again. Price has to come down or quantity up.

If you like tomatillos you will probably like this salsa. Definitely better than other common lower cost Mexican verde salsas. The problem is that the tomatillos overpower everything so for me it’s a bit boring. Not bad but nothing special. There are supposed to be other peppers and onions according to the ingredients but I don’t taste them.

Delicious fresh and savory verde salsa flavor and not too hot! Cute little jar, too. Great price; because of that, I'll buy more.

Love it, have one as a gift because guest loved it too. Used for cooking and chips!
