Jarrow Formulas Liver Optimizer, Supports Liver Health, 90 Easy-Solv Tabs

This is not the first time I have used this product. I have purchased this myself a few times before. I like the Jarrow liver optimizer. Just a heads up, it does "detox" you. (That means you will be having BMs.) I don't use this all the time with no breaks, because I'm not sure my stomach could handle it. I typically only take it for a week at a time. It also helps if you are aware of how the things you are eating will effect your liver, as well, and while taking this go easy on foods that make your liver work harder. (caffeine, sugar, wheat, fried foods) I have had a few other liver supplements, but always come back to this one. It is pretty gentle, but it does actually work.

The main factors here are the milk thistle and the n-acetylcysteine. The ALA helps too, but the doses are all pretty low for daily use, and doubling up means 6 pills and still not really enough to ensure efficacy. For now I've been using this as a base and then taking additional 250mg milk thistle and 1200mg NAC. But once the bottle runs out I don't expect to get another one as it's easier and cheaper to stack my own.

After tons of research I decided to try liver detox and support to help with my adult acne. I am no doctor, but I read that adult acne can be because of liver function slowing and not clearing built up toxins and hormones from your body. seemed reasonable enough, and I figured I spend way more on skin care acne products then one bottle of this cost, so I gave it a try. I have to say the 3 times a day dosage can be a pain.....but as long as I live I will not be without this product. OMG my skin has never been so vibrant and clear. I have had only 1 small pimple appear since I started taking this almost a month ago. I still wash my face with  Alba Botanica Natural Acnedote Deep Pore Wash, 6 Fluid Ounce  and treat with  OXY Clinical Hydrating Therapy, 2- Ounces  every day. I have noticed the t-zone oil slick is much less then normal, and even see my blackheads going away. Sure this was not the intended results of this supplement, but I can say for me this has changed my skin so dramatically.I love the subscription price and will buy forever, do not stop carrying this product.

Took this product with lifestyle & diet changes after receiving high ALT liver blood levels. 6 weeks later, new blood tests showed my liver enzymes were optimized to that of a teenager. My Dr. was SHOCKED! I trust all Jarrow products.

Take this daily for general liver/digestive health. I feel it helps things moving and with bloat, even weight loss. It gives me energy when I take it consistently as well. I don't have any specific reason for taking it other than to keep things normalized and clean. I deal with a slow thyroid so I tried this initially a few years ago and it's always aided in digestion and assisting with bloat. I have tried similar products from other manufacturers and none have compared. Not only that but a lot of other brands contain kelp, gluten, and soy, which I have to stay away from due to my thyroid. This formula has neither. Will continue to buy. Jarrow always has great products!!

I bought this product when it was on sale. This has everything I need in the ingredients and I love the taste of it. From what I hear it isn't everyone's favorite taste but I like the vitamin earthy flavor.

Stopped taking because I broke out in a rash all over my body. My dermatologist thinks it's from a new supplement and this was new to me. Pain in the butt and takes weeks to clear.

Since on my candida free diet I have been using this product in conjunction with a few other supplements and some changes in my diet...and I feel great and have also lost weight. Great Product!
