Purchase this instead of the PITAKA combo
I just received this case after returning the PITAKA case and folio combo. This case is far better and much cheaper. The main issue for me is the magnetic strength on the PITAKA was lacking to say the least. Which I feel is completely unacceptable for such an expensive case. This case has some magnets that are borderline too strong, but that’s perfectly fine. I don’t have to worry about it falling out of the case. The only critique that I have so far is that I wish the edges were smooth out. But other than that, this thing is perfect. Thanks ESR for making such great case.

Great Versatile Case for iPad Pro 11 M4!
This ESR Shift Series case fits my 2024 iPad Pro 11 (M4) perfectly. The magnetic design is super convenient-I love how easily I can switch between a slim shell and a sturdy stand with multiple viewing angles. The magnets are strong, and the case feels really secure. It supports my Apple Pencil charging and keeps it safe. The only downside is that it’s a bit heavier than some slimmer cases, but the protection and flexibility make up for it. Highly recommend if you want a functional and stylish case!

Durable, flexible angles, options with Pencil storage
This iPad case is easy to install, the feel of it is durable and strong and the magnets make it so versatile to reposition the angles for a variety of use cases. I love the pocket for the pencil, too, just one more way to store and carry the pencil. The magnet for the pencil on the case also works great and will keep the pencil charged. Recommend this case for its durability and flexibility of options.

Strong magnets
Just got this case and like it. The box has a QR code that you are asked to scan to watch a video for setting up the case. I tried with my iPad as well as my iPhone. Each time I got a message that said “404 Page not found”. That makes me feel this company is not reliable for any questions or problems. Nevertheless it was easy to assemble my iPad into the case. I like that it is magnetic, the portion that holds the iPad can be positioned horizontally or vertically. You can move the iPad up or down for your desired height for viewing. It takes a lot more pressure on the buttons for the volume and on/off controls than the iPad itself takes. The case and iPad together are heavy and feel secure. The magnets are strong and the case fits my iPad perfectly.

Absolutely Love!
I love everything about this case! I like that it comes with a case that snaps on the ipad itself (like a phone case), then that can magnetically fit into the folio. When at home, I just use the case and then when I travel I put it in the folio part. The stand and notches work great and feel sturdy, making it easy to watch a show on an airplane. Since you can put the ipad in the folio which ever way - if you like the apple pen to be on the side to charge you can put it in so the pen sticks out the top or you can slide the pin in the holder on the folio (it won't charge there, but its great for backpack travel so you don't lose the pen).I love the color with it looking like a nice warm leather. It doesn't show oils and is easy to keep clean. I have had this for a couple of years and haven't ever had the urge to replace it. As far as wear on it - I don't use the folio part, except for travel, so it is practically still new - and the case part looks like I just got it, even though I interact with that on a daily basis.

I thought Zugu was great, but this is the unicorn!
This is the unicorn iPad case I never even knew I needed! I had a Zugu case on my old iPad, and I while I was not a big fan of the bulk while holding it, the stable stand always there when you need it was well worth it. Well, when I had a bougie moment and upgraded to the new iPad Pro right away, I went to Zugu only to find that they didn't have a case for it yet. Turned out to be in my favor, as it led me to this ESR case! They not only solved the bulk issue, they went above and beyond to make the best case I have ever used.ESR has all the features of the Zugu - the stable, adjustable stand with lots of levels, a pencil/stylus holder in the back in addition to pencil support on the side, and the ability to attach it to a magnetic surface like your fridge. And I will say, the Zugu materials do feel a little more premium, but it is also a more expensive case. The ESR still feels/looks high quality and brings extra features that I love.Top feature - it's a two-part case. It has a slim fit back-only case that magnetizes to the cover, so it instantly pops out for holding while still protecting the iPad. This is the game changer that gives you both protection of a bulky case and the convenience of a magnetic smart cover. And then there's the feature I didn't even know I needed, the elevated stand! It holds the iPad up at a higher level for noticeably less strain on the neck when watching or using it on a table. I thought it might feel unstable propped up that high, but it does not. The magnets hold it tight and it balances the weight well, possibly even enough to withstand my iPad-loving cat! Also thanks to the magnets you can pop it on the stand in portrait mode, another thing the Zugu case doesn't offer. Good for book reading, or the occasional annoying app that doesn't support landscape mode.It supports the Apple Pencil on the side, but in a much more subtle way - there's not a raised portion shaped like a pencil going "something should be here that's not!", it's just a subtle indentation with rounded ends that I know is for the Pencil, but it isn't very noticeable. Big plus over the Zugu there, as I think it looks weird just sitting there empty on that case as I have no Pencil. And lastly, it has that nice little fabric stylus/pencil holder in the back - I like to use a regular mesh-tipped stylus and that keeps it right on hand, think it's even the same fabric Zugu uses. But if you don't want to use it, it doesn't get in your way like a loop-style holder. The back case fits the new iPad perfectly, all the ports buttons etc line up, and the volume and power buttons on the case are nicely raised. Switching it around in the various configurations is super simple as it just snaps where it needs to be, and it passed the fridge magnetization open-shut door test with flying colors. Love the purple color, and the fact that the darker portions on the cover and stylus holder are a matching darker shade of purple, it's clear attention to detail went into this.Only tiny downside i noticed is that while the cover has great magnets on the back, the front cover part seems to have very weak ones, so it doesn't really snap closed and could possibly fall open in a bag if it's not tucked in right. But that is minor at best and honestly sometimes stronger magnetized covers annoy me, so I could go either way.Seriously, stop looking and buy this case. It's amazing.

Perfect iPad Pro case.
This case couldn’t be any better, I swear. I love it so much. I put my iPad in all sorts of weird positions while I draw for hours on end, and this case always delivers the right angles. My Apple Pencil stays in place in the magnetic groove, despite all of the stuff life throws at it. Out of all the cases, this is the one I chose to protect my 2k investment and I would absolutely recommend it (and buy it again!)
