This paste is really great. It's the first paste I started making any sugarcraft with. From day 1 I've managed to follow online videos, and successfully made some amazing sugar flowers (far exceeding my own expectations of myself - I owe it to the strength of the paste). Two setbacks you might be interested in: 1. It does dry extremely quickly if you are making very thin petals. So it can be difficult to work quickly enough to mould something intricate and if you are using a roller it can cause your petal to crack/tear a little if it's too dry when you do it. Having said that I have not had any issue sugarcrafting intricate flowers as a complete beginner. 2. The paste smells really really vinegary? It's quite off-putting, and while this is supposed to be edible I would describe it more as non-toxic. No one would ever want to get this in their mouth! The vinegar smell goes away after a few days, but I do have some flowers that have retained the smell after over a week. But, pros: 1. Very strong paste, can roll it less than 1mm thick without breaking; due to this it's beginner friendly 2. Comes in different colours. The white is snow white which would be great for adding colour to 3. Can reuse excess/dry paste (as long as it's not completely dried/solid). Add a tiny drop of water and put in the microwave for 5-10 seconds. Keep kneading/squeezing until the paste softens up again - might need to redo the water and microwave a few times (but note that adding too much water will cause the paste to turn into a very sticky gel so only add if absolutely necessary) 4. Comes in resealable bag (one that actually works to keep your paste air tight)

Great sugar paste that is easy to use, you can add colour to suit.
