Brilliant. They stick very well which is exactly what you need them to do.

Worked great but lost their adhesive after a few days and started to slip down the shoe causing a little discomfort when walking

Had a pair of trainers where the heels was high and rubbed on my Achilles. These did the job and can now wear comfortably with no issues. Great value and definitely worth the money. Stickiness holds in place

The quality is excellent, and they're super easy to apply. Once on, they stay firmly in place. I used them to repair my running shoes, and they've definitely extended their lifespan. You can’t even tell the patch is there, and it feels just as comfortable as before. Highly recommend if you're looking to fix up your trainers.

It works, but causes your foot to move forward too much

I bought this due to the back of my sketchers wearing out and rubbing against my Achilles heel. It is very padded and sticks on very easily when placed. It’s quite easy to stick on due to the shape which follows the natural shape of a shoe.I’ve had to replace one of the pads since I placed it in my shoes due to it thinning but I walk a lot given the nature of my job.
