Durable. Retracts well. Good amount of privacy. About 20 mph winds are about the limit to avoid damaging it.Very happy with the product.

This awning is perfect!!! It retracts beautifully. The pull is a bit tight but it’s not a problem for me. It was quick and easy to set up. You can see through it a bit but bro it makes a huge difference. I used it to create some privacy since my house isn’t gated and It’s people are always walking to the lake next to me. It does great and looks clean! I supported one end to a 4x4 post in the ground with some quick set cement. The other post I secured to my concrete patio. I will be purchasing a longer and taller version to separate my shared yard. Game changer for some extra privacy in a community!!

I love this screen! It looks very nice and adds a lot of privacy. The one negative is the fabric is thin and looks like it will rip too soon. One strong wind and its toast!

Works great for privacy and shade when you want it. Very easy to install. There is quite a bit of tension on it, so it may be difficult to operate for an elderly person, but I think almost anyone could do it.

Bought this product for my deck, houses are closer so just needed a little more privacy. Was easy to install and works great!!

PROS:- Looks nice- Not see-throughCONS:- Mounting hardware (concrete anchors, mounting screws, etc..) are CRAP. Concrete anchors do not grab concrete and just pull right out. Screws to mount screen housing snap when any torque is applied to tighten them down. Ended up using screws I had leftover from another project, and bought 3/8' x 6" Tapcon anchors to secure mount.- End pole that the screen connects to was poorly made. Bottom of foot pad (where pole meets the base plate) was welded poorly and the welds protrude beyond the base which prevents the base from sitting flush on the ground. Ended up filing the weld down even with the base.- End pole was WAY out of square!! I get having the pole stand about 1 or 2 degrees past 90 degrees to add a little tension on the screen to keep it taught, but the pole was 11 degrees off (when screen connects at bottom, the top is 2" short of the screen to be able to mount the tooth into the top of the pole). Ended up having to shim the pole base plate slightly to fix this.- Instructions are CRAP!!. No words, just pictures. Also, all measurements are in centimeters, which isn't a huge deal, but when the measurements are converted to inches, they don't add up!! For example, there are 2 clips which hold the screen housing onto the wall. The diagram says to install the first clip 20-30 cm (7.8"-11.8" in) from the ground. Then install the second clip 120-140 cm (47.2"-55.11" in) apart from the first one. The whole screen housing is only 139.7 cm (55" in) long!!! I basically went 11" inches from the bottom and about 8" from the top. Seems to hold it securely.

alles wurde gut verpackt und schnell geliefert. Die Montage ist ein Kinderspiel. Erfreulich, die Halter für die eigentliche Jalousie passen super und lassen sich einfach und exakt montieren, montiert wird die Jalousie eingehakt und mit Madenschrauben fixiert. Das Gegenstück, welches die Jalousie im ausgezogenen Zustand auf der Gegenseite fixiert ist eigentlich für die Bodenbefestigung gedacht. In meinem Fall wurde die Jalousie über dem Balkon montiert, um Sonnen- und Sichtschutz zu haben. Deswegen musste ich den Befestigungspfosten bearbeiten und Löcher bohren, damit ich den Befestigungspfosten an einem senkrechten Balken befestigen konnte. Ich nutze nur die Spannbreite von ca. 145 cm. Die mögliche Spannbreite von 300 cm war in meinem Fall nicht möglich und erwünscht, zum einen weg. der ev. Instabilität bei starkem Wind und zum anderen, der Abstand zwischen Jalousie und Befestigungspfosten liegt bei ca. 150 cm.Werde mir nun noch 3 x Jalousien nachkaufen, damit ich den kompletten Balkon mit den Jalousien abdecken kann.Das Produkt kann ich empfehlen. Sollte sich in der Langzeiterfahrung negatives herausstellen würde ich dieses hier dann noch ergänzen
