Faulty item
This item was for my 87-year-old mother.She struggled to open the zip on the bag when it was full and when we requested a return, they sent a free postal address but then when they receive the item back , they denied the item was faulty and charged us postage.We have since reported this to Amazon and they have now reimburse us because of the inconvenience from the seller , not following the statutory rights for the customer by providing a free return when it is faulty.
