Handel Music for the Royal Fireworks (Organ)

In 1749 Handel was commissioned to compose music for a fireworks display in Green Park, London to celebrate the Treaty of Aix-la-Chapelle. Due to its emphasis on the woodwind and brass section the piece is ideally suited to adaptation for organ. John Arkell's arrangement will prove popular as a rousing concert item.
