I had previously tried to use an after-market "clip on" style mirror over the original mirror (which was showing signs of age - the silver backing was coming off, resulting in very visible blotches appearing in the mirror - which this didn't effect the overall function, it was unsightly. The clip-on mirrors were all too large and didnt fit well (interfered with the use of the sun-visors on both the driver & passenger side). This one was a better size fit to my vehicle (2008 Mazda 6 sedan). A hex-style screwdriver/allen wrench is needed to unscrew the mirror from the mount (which was not included) ... and no adhesive was included to mount this to the glass. Thankfully, it easily mounted on the original bracket/mount from the mirror it replaced, so I did not need to purchase any adhesive (nor figure out how to remove the original adhesive/mount from the glass). Installation was very quick & easy on the old mount. Visibility in the mirror is comparable to the original - no noticeable difference. A good purchase.

Installation was fast and easy. The quality is great, and the ability to see with it works great too! When driving, there's little to no vibration. Very easy to adjust to where I need it. Great product overall!

2010 Chevrolet Express. This mirror and was compatible with the OEM window mount glued to the glass. So it was a very simple job to remove the old and put on the new. No glue needed for me.Now, the technically, the screw size is a Torx T20. You could probably make an allen-key work, but you'll need to snug it down one way or another, or you will absolutely have vibration.Anyway, full marks for ease of install. If it doesn't last, or has problems, I'll update accordingly.

I have a Chrysler 200 and works great with my car. Super sturdy.

I don't write product reviews but I had to on this one. After my original 2016 Rogue rear view kept falling off, I cheaped out and ordered one from eBaaaaay. I should have ordered this one first. The quality of this one I think even surpasses the original Nissan model. On this one the majority of the mount is metal, you can see the quality of the glass around the edge it is smooth and it looks like the edge is actually frosted. The torque tip screw on the mount is a great design. My other cheapie replacement would wobble at the windshield, this one does not. Perfect fit This thing has weight, and you can just feel and see the quality! Don't waste your time on the other site like I did, I am so happy with the quality and the price of this product. This one is considerably less than the OEM part and I feel the quality is actually better.

This mirror is sturdier than the factory mirror on my 2016 Nissan rogue, and significantly better than the first replacement I tried from another company. It doesn’t exactly clip into place like the first one, but that actually makes it easier to install and easier to remove because there’s a screw that holds it in place. If fits the factory mount just fine, is approximately the same size of the original OEM mirror (a very slight difference in shape which doesn’t impact its functionality whatsoever), and unlike the first replacement I tried, this one lines up right when I flip it up to night vision mode. Very happy with this purchase as compared to the first one.

Windshield had a crack, got replaced but the original/old mirror clip cracked, mirror was loose and kept falling off, OEM replacement about $200, this mirror is old style has a screw to secure, perfect fit on OEM metal fitting, less than 5 minutes, tighten the torx/star screw, done for less than $25!

Super simple replacement for my original Mazda 3 motor. Works very well. Very secure mount that doesn't shake it vibrate.Glad I bought it!
