Works but super delicate
These are ok. I compared them with two other manufacturer's similar molds and these were middle of the pack. I tried baking with both a sweet and savory batter and these went ok but not great.The sweet batter had more sugar in it, so because this mold is pretty thin, it cools really quickly before you have a chance to carefully work the tuile from the mold. I was still able to get a couple out and they make a nice decoration.The savory batter was more oil based, so cooled slower, and I was able to get one out in one piece. The thing I don't love is that these are thin, so very fragile. The batter isn't strong enough to hold together with an intricate design when it's that thin.I think there is room for improvement with my batter so I'll continue trying it out and see if I get better results.
