Fantastic blueberry syrup! It is a little bit thin and a little goes a long way. I didn't think this was going to show up in time for my brunch I waved it for and ordered a backup. I let my kids try both and all 3 of us preferred this one, especially when I showed them the ingredients list on this vs the other one!

True tasting
This is the best on the market. I use it to make my lemon and elderflower spone cake. It was outstanding. Tasted of elderflower without the over the top perfume taste that other cordial have. I will be buying again!

Taste
Very tasty, but too runny for pancakes or waffles. It made an excellent salad dressing with lemon infused olive oil.

Smooth Sweet Ginger Syrup
I love that it is only 3 all-natural ingredients and made with sugar, not corn syrup. The syrup is smooth and sweet. Personally, not much ginger “bite” (than the ginger syrup from The Alchemist), which I prefer, so I took a star off. But having less burn would be good for those who don’t like or want that.

Good N.A. additive for N.A. Hugo Spritz
Nice flavor. I use it to make a Hugo Spritz that is non alcoholic. Very fresh and refreshing taste without being too sweet. Pair it with N.A. champagne, sparkling water, mint and lime. Yum!

Thin and doesn’t really taste like elderflower but top notch seller
I have tried several brands of elderflower syrup and cordials and have to say this one is the only one I’ve thought I needed to warn potential buyers about. It’s just strange. Flavor is “thin” and you can only barely detect an elderflower hint but it mostly is a “musky” citrus flavor that is not entirely pleasant. I usually mix with mint and that seemed to clash and bring out that odd musky (for lack of better term) flavor. It’s a cordial rather than syrup so hard to find mix for my purpose (mocktail of sorts). Anyway, I’m crossing this one off the list for future purchases.Of note, the seller responded to me about my experience and offered refund without my asking. That’s just amazing in my experience. I’m going to look through their store to find other products because of their excellent customer service!

Not inexpensive but a delicious product
Good flavor, doesn't last long if making drinks in batches. Very well-shipped by seller. Would buy again.
