Works great in Europe and USA
worked great in Europe... Convenient to have 170w and still have an outlet...Only question is that it gets pretty hot when chargning my m3max laptop

Excellent build and simple to use for international travel
Overall, excellent product - great quality and simple to use. This is the best travel plug / adapter that I have used. The build quality is excellent - feels premium and solid. Very easy to use with the easily labeled levers on the side and the plugs lock in place. There are 4 ports at the bottom which help cords stay out of the way. The main plug on the front is on a larger face so it it helps support any larger plugs that would get plugged in. This device is a fairly compact, a little bit on the heavy side, but definitely a must have for international travel.

Works well
Works as advertised. Unfortunately, the US/AU plug is a bit wobbly in horizontal outlets due to the play, as others have said.

Best purchase for international travel
We bought two of these for our family of four to go to the UK and Europe. It was great not to have to pack multiple adapters for our USB and USB-C devices. We did order the highest power usage, but with teenagers and picture taking a must for travelling. Our friends borrowed them, too!

Good product but some issues
Good product in terms of specs. The initial product showed 5 usb ports (an important reason for purchasing) but the piece I got had only 4 ports (the new product details now show only 4 ports). Also, the US adapter doesn't fit snugly into US sockets, particularly when the adapter is horizontal (there's some play & a fear that it will come out or fall out).In terms of usage experience, I have tried charging over 2 of the USB C ports & don't have any trouble so far. The adapter also maintains normal temperature.Had some trouble with the UK & Euro sockets (wouldn't retract for a while, but finally got it going - need to press down on the slider - may not be a product defect but actually a good feature to lock the adapter in place).Product has all the features but maybe some nervousness about whether it is durable - maybe only time will tell & by then it will be out of the return window.

Faulty product
This adapter put out excessive heat when used and fried itself. Dangerous. I have to return it after first use.

USB C ports stop working after 1 month
USB C ports C1/C2/C3 no longer charge after one month of use charging phones, earbud case i.e . lower power devices. Laptop has been plugged into the AC which still works. USB A still works as well, seems to be an issue with GaN PD ports in other chargers as well.Out of luck since I'm actively traveling, might want to stick to a basic AC travel adapter and use a power brick from Anker or UGREEN. Unfortunate since this device is nearly 100 USD.
