While it does not have a bunch of hoops, if your looking to do some home embroidery this little machine is great. I currently own 2 commercial machines but wanted something a little more portable. I was a little skeptical coming from China, but that is where almost all home embroidery machines are made. I have used it twice now and ... It's super for my needs. I love the USB transfer makes life more simple, i digitize my own designs so sizing is no problem but there are free embroidery sizer out there if you need it. It shipped quickly and even got here about 5 days earlier than the expected ship date. The friendly pro dealer on FaceBook helped me out a lot and seemed very personable. There is also quite a few tutorials on YouTube to familiarize yourself. So, over all a great little machine for the price, it takes a standard DST format, and there are some pre-loaded designs and Alphabets. Over all.. Yes 5 star, and it complements my sewing, so I do not have to set up, tear down and back, Remember it is only and Embroidery machine. New sewing. I think anyone buying this for the first time would be pleasantly surprised. Thank you :)

Like any new machine it takes a but if a learning curve. For example, I embroidered like 8 different things before I realized I’d had it thread wrong. This of course caused it to continuously jam the bobbin, but that was merely user error and easy to fix. That being said, I purchased this hoping to make sweaters for my friends, and it is performing incredibly! It’s not much bigger than my regular sewing machine, which is nice. It’s super easy to thread and change the bobbin (once you follow the instructions correctly haha) and the bobbin filling is a breeze! It’s also really great that I can just set it to go, and read a book while it works.I will say one thing I wasn’t expecting was the need to purchase digitizing software to input my own designs. This took some researching to find one that would work. Inkscape and inkstitch are free and can be downloaded on both Mac and pc. You need both to just directly convert a photo. You will also need a file converter to make the image into an SVG file. I ended up using a program called embroideryware which is only available for PC, and takes a huge learning curve, but gives you a lot of control with your design and is the most affordable option I could find costing roughly $120. It also has great training videos in it that will help you understand how to use the software.Anyways, TLDR: machine is great, need digitizing software for importing your own designs.

This machine is fantastic! I am brand new to embroidery, but I have already made my own custom designs on my PC and embroidered them onto test fabric.(I have a regular sewing machine that I know how to use, and I'm well-versed with computers, so take that into account, as I think you should be at least a little familiar with both if you want to buy this machine and use it with relative ease)The touch screen interface is easy enough to understand, and I think it would be easy to use for people who are less technologically skilled as well. Updating the firmware on the machine may be more difficult for some who are not familiar with downloading files and putting them onto a USB. For my machine, it did not have recent firmware installed already, which is standard for computerized machines as far as I'm aware, so you NEED to get the new firmware to unlock all the great capabilities of this embroidery machine!After I got the new firmware, I can connect it to my PC through the WiFi and their file transfer app on their site, called Institch.I am still learning how to use it, but I have no worries because the customer service is AMAZING! I was worried at first because they are only reachable on Facebook and WhatsApp, but I actually find it much more reassuring and easy to talk to them. They have been very patient with me when I took several weeks to reply because I was moving, and were understanding and supportive.I think that most people who are at least a little familiar with computers would be guided very well by the helpful customer service representatives available. DO NOT BE SCARED to contact them on Facebook, they are very helpful, and if not for them I would be very lost with this machine right now!(images attached are a test piece I did by converting an image into an SVG and using Inkscape and Inkstitch to convert it into a DST file for the machine)

This machine is awesome.. it works smoothly and is a dream to use. Tech help is beyond the best always willing to help you solve any issue.

The media could not be loaded. I’m still making payments with affirm and suddenly machine is inoperable. Terrible support. I need new bobbin housing. Now 2 years of payment I paid double to finance. Never choose this machine always a testie operation and now no function! DO NOT BUY THIS

The media could not be loaded. I had a brother machine and felt like it was user error. I threw it in the dumpster. I watched several videos on this Poolin machine and finally got the courage to buy and try it. I was not disappointed. Straight out of the box I was embroidering! Came with everything I needed. This machine is a power house. I cannot wait to upgrade to the larger one and have both of these machines running! This thing runs like a dream. The large touchscreen is like a cherry on top for ease of placement. Build quality is premium, speed is excellent and the details in the designs turn out amazing. The only con I have is I wish it had an auto thread lever. Not a deal breaker by any means! I just have big hands and have to use tweezers. Spectacular machine and a huge asset to my small business.P.S. After sales and service are HEROS! They made me feel like I was family getting everything ready. ❤️
