As others have mentioned, the light does not come with a gasket. I really didn't want to use sealer because of the mesws. So I made my own gaskets...I did a bunch of research and went with this material: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F52MYDYY?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1 I made a rough template, then cut 10 pieces, for the front and rear of our RV. Then I used the new lamp as a template to trim away the excess with heavy duty shop scissors. I must say, it worked very well! I cleaned the surface with plastic spray cleaner, and since this material has adhesive on both sides, it made a very good seal. Thought I would pass this along for others....
