WORKS! SAVED MY HONEYMOON! Expensive because they're funding their own research to improve product.
I was skeptical because it's so dang expensive, but it really is a total game-changer. I actually ate onions, garlic, beans and some gluten on my Honeymoon with a happy tummy!!! You do have to learn how it works and what it works on, but they really make it as accessible as possible to learn. There's a web app you can use to either take a picture of your meal or search foods to see if it'll work on them - it only works for 3 of the 5 FODMAPs right now, which is why they're still researching to be able to cover the other 2. So not cauliflower, mushrooms or apples yet, but yes to onion, garlic, legumes, gluten and so many other things. They even offer a free onboarding video call for newbies to answer your questions and give extra support, which was so kind. Customer Service is exceptional. The call is where I asked about the price being so high and the sweet lady told me about their continued research and that once they have a product that works on all 5, they plan to lower the price. They also have great videos on YouTube to learn more and have some great tips.I'm pretty sensitive and it IS a bit of a process to get to know what works best for you in terms of dosage, but hey, we've all had to do elimination diets, and it's worth learning because it really did open up a whole world of foods I thought I could never have again.Great for going over to people's homes when they're going to cook for me, which used to be a minefield, and they're being so kind, I hate to list out 89 foods I can't eat lol. I'm also vegan, so the Yes list is small, but bigger with FODZYME!The tub is the most cost-effective and I just carried it in my purse and didn't care that I was scooping the stuff out at restaurants, but the sachets are great too. Just make sure you get all of the powder out. Happy Tummies to you!!

THIS STUFF WORKS!!!
I have had IBS and been on and off the FODZYME diet for years. I tried this product for 3 meals and it worked! My tummy was quiet and comfortable. It is expensive but TOTALLY worth the money. I'd go without something else to be able to eat more nourishing food with more variety at restaurants and even at home!

Fodzyme product
This item made me so sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Didn’t realize this item was causing the problem (kept trying different things) until it was 2 days past return time. This stuff is not cheap either. 🤮🤮

Worked pretty well for me
I have to say I was very skeptical that this would help the gas and bloating in my stomach that happens when I eat onions. That is the main culprit these days in my life. Sadly this does not help with the allergy I have developed to broccoli but that one is easier to avoid than onions which are in almost everything! I do have to remember to eat any food I sprinkle a packet of powder on to within 30 minutes or else open another packet. I can't taste the powder at all when its on my food. The little packets of powder are easy to carry in my pocket or purse to use when I am out and about. This did not work for me on curry dishes, maybe I need 2 packets at a time vs. 1 but it does help on other meals that use onion powder as one of their ingredients. I'd say this is worth getting and trying.

Works pretty well, but the powder is a mess
Ok, I waited 2 weeks to review. I use digestive enzymes and I was hoping something would work better for garlic and onions. I think this is working. I don't have negative side effects from this. It does affect the texture of food though and the dispenser is a MESS. That's why I took it down a star. There needs to be a better dispenser. Touching the little spoon with my fingers always results in powder everywhere. The powder does stick to the roof of your mouth for a second, but for those of us battling IBS it's not enough to stop me from using it. I want to add that it not only helps with the meals I eat, but my digestion is a whole. That was a pleasant surprise. I normally have nausea and upset several days a week, and now it's like once every few weeks. I bought a travel salt shaker to put it in, so it's not a mess to dispense.

I missed alliums so much!
Well, it works! It's also not a capsule, thank goodness. I'm so tired of capsules. It is very important to use this product as directed. Read the website if you need to!For pasta, I mix a full packet in with my bowl entirely. I make sure my serving size is something I can eat in half an hour. If I add seconds or thirds and am still eating after half an hour, I add a second packet. For sandwiches, I open up the sandwich, pour one entire packet onto a pickle or something and chomp the whole pile in one bite. Careful how you hold your sandwich, I have definitely had powder flow out and then licked it off my wax paper, ha ha ha! I've also had a packet explode onto my hand and just licked it off. Gotta be careful with those things! For pizza and garlic bread, I used the sandwich method. I just poured a big pile on a single slice and made sure to keep track of time. Remember, if you go over thirty minutes and you're still eating, you need to add another packet!I was initially worried the powder would be gritty, but it's incredibly smooth and I cannot tell individual parts apart at all in my mouth. I have noticed the powder does sometimes taste slightly sweet, especially if I'm putting it on garlic. It does not ruin the taste of whatever I'm eating, fortunately, as it is very quiet. It works a charm on onions and garlic, but I have not tested things containing inulin such as maple syrup. Too busy eating onions and garlic. Red onions, how I missed you!As a note, I try not to use this product too often. While they are correct in their assertions that eating a more balanced diet is healthier than a more restricted diet, the powder definitely causes some slight constipation, which is not healthy.I have noticed this with lactase before and this product does contain an absolute boatload of lactase, so I'll blame that until otherwise proven. Fortunately(?), I have a chronic gut issue that already prompts me to buy Miralax in bulk at Costco.Anyway, what an extremely ironic side effect! The whole reason I stopped eating onions and garlic (and maple, etc) was because they would promptly attempt to exit my body at Mach 3. Now I can eat them again, but it'll be a while before they wander out. Well, it's definitely easier on my clothing. All in all, highly recommend, five stars, I've already purchased one of the bigger packs (ouch, my wallet!) and am about halfway through it. I will absolutely buy another one after that. It's so, so cool to be able to eat alliums again!!
