Being Italian I was VERY disappointed in this purchase I have eaten a TON of REAL IMPORTED Salami from Italy and it was LESS EXPENSIVE than this stuff. WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. The taste was good but it wasn’t worth what I paid.

Is a ni e salami with good taste but vwry hard. Is vwry hard to cut,because of the texture is not easy to eat. Is not great.

Best Salame on the market. Great with my favorite cheese definitely a must try and there are several varieties for everyone to enjoy.

Flavor seemed off, lots of LONG stringy fat which just isn't correct for sausage and has a really bad mouthfeel.
