Need two people to install and hold together and in place inside the skylight shaft. Break out the mop and broom handle for the helper to hold in place while you try to hold together 14 feet in the air on a 8 foot ladder while the wonky assembly wants to convert back to 5 pieces. Just let go and put a screw in one hand and pull the drill out of your belt. Comes in a tube box. Assembly of the 5 pieces is required with little instruction. With solar charger and remote the product is pricey. Name brands are higher priced but I don’t know about their assembly. Works great!

Delivery time was excellent. Description said 6-10 weeks and I believe both sets arrived within 2-3 weeks.Easy assembly and installation. Only problem is no manual for remotes. No info on programming or basic functionality.Regardless, over 60% cheaper than Budget Blinds and comparable competitors. Was very skeptical but worth the money!

For the price, one would expect the device to work 100% of the time and to open / close 100%. I would NOT purchase again.

The shade arrived quickly. Does not come assembled. Installation went as well as could be expected. The shade operated 12 times then stopped. I checked what I could after calling the warranty department.No use .Removed the shade took vidios as requested, and sent the video pictures to the warranty dept in China. I have not heard from them again. This and after care was real bad. I've got $ 500.00 out of pocket and it still doesn't work. This has been going on since September 2022.
