My ten year old son really liked the history aspects of this book. He felt it was easy to read, stayed interesting, and didn't get boring. It covers a variety of important basketball games in history, but sometimes dragged on a bit. Overall, he would recommend it to tweens and teens interested in basketball.

We got this book for my 10 year olds birthday, he is basketball obsessed!He is not a huge fan of reading in general BUT he takes time out of his day to sit down and read this book every single day. To say he has enjoyed it is an understatement

My 8 year old who is a slightly above average reader absolutely loved this book. Great content and information. He loves playing basketball and we are now rewatching some of the games referenced in the book. Super fun!

I purchased this as a gift for a boy who loves basketball as I do! I read the book before gifting it to him and I learned a few things as well. The rules and terms are explained. There's a history of the sport. But the best part is the mini-biographies of famous players . . . Michael Jordan included. This is a great book! I highly recommend the book and the seller.
