No good
Junk... Complete waist of time does not work as described... Will not link to computer very easy and software is not free or accurate and what is available doesn't allow for user-friendly multiple devices or vehicles at all... Spent so much time working on this device couldn't even diagnose the vehicle I wanted to. What a waist...

Don't buy look for 4 stars or higher ones not this sponsored crap
When I was searching for an adapter I made sure to put Windows 10 as the operating system this one showed up even though it doesn't run with Windows 10 on top of it the disk that came with it was cracked and even when plugging it into my computer and looking through the data of the device itself it gives me a big warning

can't get it to work yet
Absolutely HORRIBLE "instructions" to get this going. There are drivers on the included mini-disc, but unless you're using a PC from twenty years ago, they are almost useless. The device is not recognized by Windows 10, so it won't automatically load drivers, not even if you point it to where the drivers are on the disc. And the various text files have confusing directions on what to use or how to set it up. Spent HOURS on this and still haven't gotten it to work.

IDK why but they don't tell you how to access without CD
However, when you do finally insert the CD there it comes with the software, BUT it also has a text file saying this: we suggest that you can use "scantool_net113win",if you think that this software isn't easy to use, you can free to choose following software:EasyOBDII,OBD2Spy,ScanMaster-ELM.But them require lisence.

No lo pude probar. El CD de instalación estaba roto. ¿Un CD?, ya no hay CD-ROM en los equipos !!! Un QR sería mejor para descargar la APP !
