Don't buy
This is the worst product I have ever bought. There is no suction whatsoever and the various bits that come with it just seen to fall apart when using. It is shown on advertisements as being able to do the jobs other hoovers cannot; yet I had more joy with a brush and pan. I am only giving this 1 star as it looks like what I ordered but certainly does NOT live up to the hype.
