Like many, before I decide adding a supplement to my diet, I first look into all the available research I can find, and if it has promise, then I add it to my diet. I've especially noticed some improvement in my A1C levels which at one point had reached 7. Ordered this supplement for my 77-year-old mother with recently diagnosed Type II diabetes. This vitamin has definitely helped reduce the spikes in blood sugar that she was experiencing, especially in the morning. She also benefits from the brain health benefits and feels as though she is clearer thinking and her word recall and memory are improved. My husband and I take it for the cognitive benefits. We are both in our upper 50's and this vitamin keeps us sharper and helps eliminate brain fog and possibly helps with energy levels as well. We definitely notice a difference when we don't take it. We are experimenting with nootropic stacks and each of us have different effects from other supplements. However, both of us feel and notice a positive difference with pterostilbene. We have professional jobs that require we stay on top of latest issues and technology. This is a must for us.

I have had pain issues for years from a disease I contacted. Everything steadily was getting worse and after getting a vaccination it increased even faster and in other areas.
