Being restlessly(last year) diagnosed with pcos I wanted to start learning what I need to help learn my body. This is the first book I have read and it was helpful. Easy analogy’s to help me understand.

I definitely recommend
I have learned so much about my body with this book stuff I would wish there could teach females in school. Definitely will be a book I pass down to my daughters. Teaches how to use natural ingredients to help your pcos meals to eat and how to eat.

Simple yet effective
I ended up getting pregnant shortly after implementing these simple yet effective methods. I’ve read other books on repairing my PCOS and this is by far the best one. The methods are easy to implement and actually work!

A friend in PCOS
This book is great when you are just learning about your PCOS. I wasn't worried when I got this book and read it. I found so many resourses connected to this book and that is so amazing. Tamika really does just want to help other women.
