Ordered this in January and it stopped working (printing) the next month in February. I requested a refund and was only refunded 50% of the price I paid. There was nothing wrong with the product as far as being damaged. It was a non-functional issue on the designed product. Poor service if this is how you guarantee your products.

Printing on more than one label results in misaligned prints.
100 Labels have been printed - The 'tape' walks away from the edge (read: the label writer prints onto the tape and the alignment of the feed mechanism will make subsequent labels not be aligned to the center. The more consecutive labels we print - the further misaligned the print. We have to reset the 'tape' after every print. I have a 'contact us' for a ticket out to the DYMO.com/Support. If this is a normal behavior it will be returned and another company's product purchased.Rest of the quality of the print is as expected for a thermal printer. Not exceptional, nor is it an issue.

We have used the Dymo 450 for several years
It is going to be retired next year so we purchased the 550 version. Disappointed because even with professional help for installation, we could not get the unit to keep its programming. It would come on briefly and then disappear. IT tech said to return it. :(

Stopped working after one day
... and then randomly started again. Dymo support took 3 days to respond to our request for help. I've been using Dymo label writers for years but the more recent models are not as good as their earlier versions.
