Had an issue where the item just stopped working after a few uses. Raised a ticket, 2 days later I had a brand-new item. Since then, it has worked perfectly. Use it for my Invisalign - great clean!

We were quite happy with this product. Then it stopped working all of a sudden. So sadly, I joined the rest of the reviewers whose units stopped working after a few months. I guess you could use it as a fancy container for your retainers; just can use it to clean it.

Loved this cleaner. Used it for my retainer and it always cleaned it up really well. Lasted about 6 months before it started shorting out.

Since I've had Invisalign for nearly six months, I've had to clean them 2-3 times per day after meals. This makes life SUCH a lot simpler. I add water, insert my aligners, and add one cleaning tab. I double-press the device button for a 10-minute clean, and by the time I'm finished eating, they appear and smell brand new. Mind you, before this my aligners always ended up yellow no matter how much care I gave them by the time it was time to change them. Initially, my first device failed within three weeks, but the seller promptly shipped me a replacement that arrived the following day! Excellent product and excellent service.Additionally, this is my first review on Amazon, despite having purchased thousands of items. I was astounded by their level of customer service :)Thank you

Worked great and the. Stopped working after 8 months!

I use this to clean my night guard, which had gotten rather gross despite my efforts to soak and brush it. This ultrasonic cleaner really does the trick and I use it daily. Flip open the lid, drop the night guard into water or mouthwash and press the button.I change out the liquid every couple of days and rinse it out, which is very easy.

I've used this once a day since purchase. Seemed to do a good job.I am now 60 days in and it is dead. The performance is not offset by the lack of quality. Do not buy.

This product worked great for first 2 weeks. Cleaned my retainer better than cleaning tablets recommended by retainer company. But, now the power connector is defective and it’s almost impossible to get the unit to turn on. Look elsewhere for a longer lasting unit.As an update Amazon replaced unit. Don’t problem was connector but on-off switch. This one works better. On-off switch works as you would think it should. Hope it continues like this.As an update, the replacement has died after 3 months. Lights turn on but unit doesn’t run. Very disappointed. It work better than the cleaner tablets for the retainer.
