great clock but
EVERYBODY ask where I got it from. Its different lookn with moving gears. Here the but you can hear it turn and now since I had it a couple months it makes like a sweaky/whistling noise. So I sprayed a little wd40 but 5 days later its back. I glad its in den and not in my BR

2 compartments/3 batteries
This is an update. I didn’t realize there was a second compartment that needed to have another battery put in it to work. Works fine now.

Gears stop turning
Nice looking but gears stopped turning after two weeks. Ordered a replacement, same thing… it’s going back

Cheap but works.
Love the way the gears work, but the clock itself often stops working and I have to reset it. Haven’t found the perfect clock yet so this will do for now. Also very light and made of plastic, but it works for me because my cat can reach it and likes to mess around with it so it won’t injure anyone. But if you’re looking for a heavy duty metal clock, this isn’t it.
