Fruit & Nut Blast Bird Treat for Parrots- 5 Lb Resealable Bag

I should say my African Gray Congo pair Lola & Doc, Scarlet Macaw Merlin and Patagonian Conure Pckles love it. We also love Great Companions in general. The food is always fresh, smells great and this particular type has no filler or floor food as I call it. All parrot lovers know that most brands have tons of stuff to add bulk that our feathery friends just throw out on the floor UNEATEN. I actually gather that up and put in the wild bird feeder and they eat it but my pampered flock will not even touch that stuff.I typically use this food twice to 3 times a week in addition to either Lafeber Nutriberries or Brown's Big Beaks tropical carnival and fresh fruits and veggies when organically available.

This is a great mix and I would rate it 5 stars except for the fact that it has peanuts in shell included in it. That fact alone will probably keep me from re-ordering but I will have to think on it because when my first package went out into the ozone somewhere, Great Companions was ON IT and resent the package with no complaint. So...EXCELLENT customer service. Take the peanuts in shell out of this mix and I would not hesitate to re-order.
