Painful Cushions and WAY Too Tall.
Cushions: Wayyy too firm. Caused pain in my shins and my knees in less than an hour, no matter how I positioned myself.Height: Way too tall, even at shortest setting. I have a standard height desk, and my monitor is already raised an extra 6 inches -- I would have had to raise my monitor another 7-8 inches higher to have my monitor ergonomically eye level.Set up: A bit of a pain to set up, break down and repack.Quality: Meh. The stitching on the cushions is a bit cheap looking, with a couple threads coming out. If you're going for extremely firm cushions, this one seems like good quality cushions, just way to firm for me.(Frame of reference: my desk is 29 1/2" tall, and I am 5' 6" 120 lbs)Also of note: the metal parts for the chair had scratches on them that made me think this product was not brand new. I'm guessing someone already set it up and returned it. However, I did not pay an "open-box" price for it.

It will not stay in position anymore at all. any weight on it, it lowers all the way down
My compliant is similar to a lot of others I weas hoping would not be the case for me. The section where your shins/knees go is hard and does create a dull light pain towards the end of the day sitting on it. That is a shame as the frame is sturdy and the seat cushion is comfortable.UPDATE 2/15/2019 -- The Chair will not stay in position at all anymore. The hydraulic mechanism will not hold and once pressure is applied to the seat, it lowers to lowest position. Now the chair is pointless as I am too tall to sit in this "new" and "broken" position. Do not buy if you want to use for a year or more. I got 9 months out of it...

Shins vs. Posture
It took me approximately an hour (+/- a few mins) to assemble two of these. The seller had informed me that the cushions are very firm and would be a bit rough on the knees/shins. The seller was correct; however, I can rest my legs or adjust the seat backwards with the pneumatic adjustment lever to release pressure on them. The primary benefit for me, however, is better back posture which this chair delivers. I can live with a bit of shin discomfort in exchange for a better back with no pain.

Not the rightly designed kneeling chair. Not helpful at all.
2 star for the good quality, 0 star for the design and function. I have tried excellent kneeling chairs at my friend's home, which made me really want one too. However, this is NOT the right kneeling chair you should buy if you want to have a good sitting gesture and relieve your back pain.1. The chair is WAY TOO HIGHT for any normal height desk, which makes me have to lean forward and my gesture becomes even worse compared to sitting on a normal chair.2. The seat doesn't have adequate inclining angle, which makes the core function "kneeling" useless, because almost 100% of your weight still falls on sitting and your knee shares very little of the pressure.3. The mat is thick but a little too hard.

Excellent build quality and performs as advertised... near PERFECT!!!
Excellent build quality... one improvement suggestion... the kneeling pad is much to thick and very, very stiff which in turn makes it hard to get my legs in position and then after a few minutes this hard surface becomes very uncomfortable... SUGGESTION is for a kneeling pad half the thickness and constructed from a much softer material... maybe a gel insert or less rigid foam.I LOVE EVERYTHING ELSE, so in the immediate future I will be modifying this keeling pad... THANKS... EXCELLENT product overall, J

Shin Cushion WAY too Stiff. Unusable. WAY too high for standard height desk. Poor design. Save your money
Shin cushion is way too hard/firm. So uncomfortable it is pretty much unusable. Also too high overall. You will have to have a desk that is either usually high or at a minimum has no drawer.Just a poor design that was clearly not tested for use outside of the CAD program they must have used to design it (unless I am giving them too much credit).Save your Money

Takes a couple days to get used to! But well worth it.
It takes a little bit for your knees and shins to get used to it. You can still sit on it with out your knees, to give them a rest. It only took a couple days. I am more comfortable in the lower position. I am in it for at least 6 to 8 hrs with a few breaks in between. I love it! I am sitting up straight in stead of slumped over.
