Dynamic, low distortion, high quality sound
Excellent dynamic sound quality with very low noise and distortion. Easily able to drive my Beyer 250 ohm speakers to high sound levels. Well engineered out of mainly metal parts and with smooth acting volume controls. I have it connected to the line-out of my Asus Xonar D2 sound card. It compliments this card perfectly and movie sound tracks are now reproduced with great clarity, dynamics and sound pressure levels. Very good value for money. Only one downside, the supplier failed to include the mains plug lead, which is indicated in the instructions, and has space in the packaging provided for it. The actual mains supply block was included. A bit annoying. Otherwise a brilliant product.

PRo Gear - Loud!
Excellent kit - will take a bashing on the road too! All metal construction - battery or wall wart... sending two mono feeds allows user to "balance" between themselves and the rest... This is well thought out kit!

Good sound quality a few quirks
Yes, nice amplifier. A couple of minor critisms: - 1) The baterry compartment is fiddly, you can't change the battery in a hurry. It would be better equippend with the style of battery compartment used on the LD100 and 2) oh that on/off switch eeekss.

Solid, flexible, loud - but, oh dear, that power switch!
My use case is for a home based, small, professional studio with separate live room. Aside from recording my own band, I also record vocal reels for performing artists. On occasions I get duets and trios in, and my old, inexpensive 4 channel Behringer headphone amp simply wasn't cutting it, and would easily distort. I also own a Presonus Monitor Station v2, which has four headphone outs, but it doesn't have the same 'more me' functionality as the HP60 and I only really use it for swapping between speakers and listening in mono. I did think of using an old Mackie analogue mixer just to serve as a headphone amp, and then I spotted this at the reduced price of about £100 below the normal advertised price. It was described as (b stock or open box, can't recall the terminology), but when it arrived I couldn't see any indication that the box had ever been opened, or the device used. I guess I was lucky. I also seem to be luckier than others who have not had good experiences with the HP60. In my case, it has been outstanding! I could have done with some more explicit configuration examples, for example how to set it up with a StudioLive desk (including how to configure the desk for use with it!). That took me a bit of headscratching, but I got it to work in the end. My 19" rack is positioned at the opposite side of the room to the entrance to the live room, so the cabling situation is a bit of a mess at the moment. I'm currently using only three of the six available channels and I've got relatively cheap 6m TRS extensions snaked around the room going into three pairs of DT770 Pro headphones in the live room. I expected some noise over these cables, but surprisingly they are very quiet. Build quality is great. Sound quality is great. Flexibility is great. It looks great. If I had to make any suggestions, I would like to have seen a TALK latch and, more importantly, an on/off switch on the front of the unit! Whoever thought it was a good idea to put it on the back of a rackmounted unit didn't think hard enough! I'm sure they must exist, but this is the first piece of rackmounted gear I have ever owned that hasn't had the on/off switch on the front. From a flexibillity point of view, it's really outstanding. Individual 'More me' requests are dealt with in seconds, and I have configured the unused three channels with alternative 'bare minimum' submixes for easy access. At the full asking price, I would probably have gone for my original spare analogue mixer plan, but for what I paid, I am very happy indeed. Having used it for a while now, I would not have been disappointed had I paid the full price.

Not what the reviews say
I had this out of the box 5 minutes. Build quality isn'y any better than Behringer. Channel 6 was noisy even when on mute with all other channels zeroed. Not what I expected, put it against the UMC1820 which is a budget interface and the difference is very noticeable. The Presonus is very muddy and the UMC1820 actually sounds much better. Very disappointed with the quality control from Presonus, but it's not the first time I have had QC problems with their products. Really has put me off from buying anymore Presonus gear again.

Does the job but requires caution (depending on how you use it)
I purchased the Presonus HP4 headphone amplifier to share the AV Receiver's headphone output with my wife and I'm very happy with its amplification level and low distortion characteristics. However, it inconveniently has to be switched off every time before plugging in/out of the source to prevent a spike on the headphones that can damage our hearing and/or the headphones. If you can find an alternative solution that eliminates the aforementioned issue, go for that. Otherwise, this is an excellent headphone amplifier.

I love this little unit. Have 4 headphones plugged in when recording in my music studio and volume buttons serve their purpose well. The amplifiers provide really good and noiseless amplification. The main mute is a plus when I want to playback through my studio speakers. I don't use the mono much, yet, but both mono and mute buttons switch over quickly and quietly. A must have for recording session in your studio. Highly recommended.

Yeni versiyonu, açma kapama switch’i eklenmiş, daha estetik olmuş vs. Fiyatına göre gayet başarılı, tavsiye ederim.
