I have been buying Vit D tablets from the same brand and have just noticed they started selling the Vegan option now, which is great as my partner is vegan so he started taking them too now! I've been using the non-vegan ones for a little over 6 months now and I have really noticed a difference, not just with my Seasonal Affective Disorder but also with my gut and energy levels. I used to suffer from low moods over the cold season and I’ve been recommended Vit D and I’m happy to say it has helped me enormously and I didn’t have any issues anymore this winter. I was completely unaware until recently that most Vitamin D out in the market isn't actually Vegan. Most are derived from Lanolin which is wools grease. I'm glad I've managed to source this Vegan option. Super happy with the easy to swallow tablets and great price!! Thanks 😊
