I bought this to help me with the edges of the wallpaper . It’s a handy piece of kit to own . The item was dispatched quickly and arrive the next day as promised . First time I’ve ever used anything like this I’ve been so used to doing everything freehand which takes longer but I like it , it’s bigger than I expected and has a nice easy grip handle .

Use it for trimming wallpaper. Position of handle perfectly place to easily to get your trimming knife in position so not to. Endanger your fingers

The product is fine and as described. However the tape holding the protective plastic edging leaves a residue, as does the sales sticker on one side which covers the ENTIRE product and leaves a ridiculous amount of residue when you attempt to peel it. There's no need for such wastefully large branding stickers, especially when it doesn't use residue-free adhesive.

It wasn’t quite as good as I was hoping it would be for pushing in against the wallpaper in situ where it met the ceiling, skirting & corners to leave a score line so that I could then pull the wallpaper back to cut along with scissors because the line it left wasn’t pronounced enough for me. Of course this may vary with different wallpapers. Didn’t risk sliding it across in case I ripped the paper. However, the paper I was using was thick enough that I could just use the tool as a straight edge and remove the excess wallpaper with a sharp bladed knife which was quicker and neater that the score and scissors method.Haven’t used it for anything else to comment but I can imagine it would be useful for painting skirting boards etc if it will slip in between the skirting and floor boards or carpet.

An absolute must for the home decorator. A great shield for painting and brilliant for cutting/trimming wallpaper. Easy to use and perfect results every time.
