Maybe not super heavy duty but it gets the job done. Good design lets it fit almost any mounting position. All the hardware you need to mount it to your electrical box is included. The only improvement I could see would be adding a post for the ground wire.

Fitment was great. Light is bright but not overbearing.

This product, for the price, is excellent and easy to install only down side to it is the installation holes for the wires and the screws for installation. They are hard to remove and sometimes cause the plate to crack; that is the only problem I had with the product

These exit signs are as described by the seller and arrived as expected. The exit lights themselves are bright and the emergency lighting is ok but could be brighter. The plastic bodies of these lights are somewhat flimsy to me, and I broke three of the emergency lights little tabs that hold the lights onto the body while being very careful assembling them. Also, like most other manufacturers, the backup emergency lighting battery is nickel cadmium and are not very high quality. Overall if you’re careful with them they seem to be a good value for the money.

Bought the pair, had them installed by a licensed electrician. One of them has done just fine. On the second exit sign, the emergency lights came on suddenly without a power outage. Had the electrician check it and he said it was a short circuit on pc board. Unfortunately had them a bit too long for assistance. Hoping they will call and let me return it.Update: The manufacturer did indeed quickly contact me and made things right. They didn't ask for a review update (which I'm now writing anyway), but I was impressed by their service!

I hired an electrician who had the sign up and running faster than you can say “Fire Marshal Approved.” And guess what? The inspector was impressed!But here’s the bonus: when the warehouse is pitch black and I’m stumbling around like a sleepwalker, that red glow isn’t just for safety—it’s like my very own disco light show. I half expect the sign to start playing "Stayin’ Alive" as I navigate the aisles.So if you want a sign that’s practical, budget-friendly, and adds a touch of unexpected flair to your workspace, this is it. Highly recommend for both safety and a bit of warehouse ambiance!

Do not try and save a few bucks by buying this lower priced version of an exit sign. Spend a few more bucks and get a decent unit. This thing is cheap that hold the lamps to the sign and the sign to the ceiling are made of plastic and will break with the slightest bit of extra force, also the lamps are very difficult to adjust, and this could also cause the unit to break quite easily. You get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get something good.
