I Use As An Underarm Deodorant
I've been using spray magnesium oil as underarm deodorant for at least 15 years. It works great! This one is my favorite brand. It's less runny than some I've used. I also spray it on the bottom of my feet right before bedtime which promotes better sleep. Get yourself some too! You won't be disappointed.

This works very well!
I have had wonderful results from this Magnesium oil. I love it so much that I have already ordered a second bottle. I have MS. Between insomnia and leg cramps, I was just about to give up. I have a big bag of the Dead Sea salts and had been making my own with hot water and the salts in a spray bottle. It didn't help, but I kept trying. I got tired of having to get up 3-4 times a night and put more on.I have tried so many things in the past. I take CALM every night. I have chamomile, and several teas that are supposed to help with sleep but until I started using this, nothing worked. I have close to 20 different essential oils. Frankincense is supposed to help with leg cramps and restless legs. You are supposed to spray 3-4 sprays on the bottom of your feet and massage it in. Let it airdry before putting on socks or slippers. am very happy with my purchase!

This stuff is Awesome
I bought this Magnesium spray and it does not disappoint. When I tell you I fall 😴 💤 asleep so so easy and this is so good for your health, I am getting ready to buy another bottle cause it's that good. You can spray your feet with it, I would use 5 to 6 sprays on each foot, it's about 23mg per spray, it's extra strength 💪 too. This stuff sends you counting sheep 🐑 so softly. I love this Magnesium.

Heaven Sent
I originally bought because I was having leg cramps at night and did help but I saw a video that if you put magnesium oil on your neck and feet at night you feel great in the morning. So I tried it but it didn’t only help me wake up feeling refreshed but it also helped with my swollen feet. Then I started putting on my legs too because they also was swollen and it helped this the first summer I’m not walking around swollen. I also use it when my shoulders are sore and I recently bought my mom some and she loves waking up feeling refreshed.

It BURNS like fire.
IDK, I’ve been using it for weeks and it still burns my skin like acid. I think it’s improved my sleep though my applying to the bottom of my feet, but bathers above that, fire drops.

Will keep using
It seems to work fine. I can’t tell quite yet if it has helped my sleep but I know it has good benefits and will keep using as needed. I dont like the drying feeling when I use on the bottom of my feet and on my hands after applying. I have applied it under my armpits which I don’t notice any odor afterwards from sweating. It did cause some itchiness under my arms though. There is no scent and spray nozzle works well. This will last me some time.

For a Good Night’s Sleep
Oh the power of magnesium. At bedtime, I spray it into my hand and rub all over my feet and let them dry. Then I rub it on all of my points of pain and/or swelling. Let dry. Lastly, all over my hand and then put on compression gloves. And then proceed to get a lovely night of sleep. No leg cramps, no toe cramps, no hand cramps - it’s a miracle spray!
