I've been taking this multivitamin for over 2 years now, and it wasn't until very recently that I realized the serving size for daily use is THREE tablets, making the 90 pills a monthly supply or the 180 pills a 2 month supply.The price still isn't bad considering this new revelation, but taking 3 of these already large pills is a bit much. It clearly shows it in a picture of the bottle, but doesn't say anything other than "90 pills" in the description.On the plus side, I might see higher benefit from taking the actual dosage now.Learn from my mistake and don't just assume your multivitamin is a once-per-day!

Great product but would suggest taking 1 pill three times a day… give time for body to absorb so not making expensive urine

These r good vitamins, I lift weights, but they are too big and the dosage is 3!!! It’s crazy they stick in my esophagus and causing acid reflux or heart burn. I gave the bottle away today!!!

After 20 to 40 minutes of me taking this supplement i felt a boost of energy my body feels more flexible in a way, i dont know what its doing but its good,
